Big, fluffy, and toasty!

Given how a life without mistakes is unavoidable, I truly believe how someone responds to mistakes is a litmus test of their work, and Milk & Mocha’s customer service exemplified that. When this rug & the Mocha Strawberry Rug didn’t arrive with the rest of my Halloween order, upon notifying customer service, they promptly sent out the missing rugs.

My strongest convictions say that the warmth of my Milk Carrot Rug isn’t just a byproduct of its fuzziness and unpacking it in the vicinity of a heater, but a remnant of the care they took in handling it ❤️ 🐻🐻‍❄️🥕🍓
