I received a faulty cushion - Mocha had a large cut across his forehead. However, the customer service was great. A replacement was shipped immediately without any hassle.
The replacement Mocha seems all healthy. The fabric is very soft to touch and the cushion is a fine addition to my couch. It could have been a bit more firm, as other people also commented, but it's still comfortable.
