What is a Pre-Order?

We offer pre-orders on products prior to launching so you can ensure you will receive the product when it is released. Your order will be shipped based on the estimated delivery date on the product page.

How can I find out about product drops and restocks?

To ensure you can be first in line for product launches, our social media accounts will posts any upcoming drops. We also suggest subscribing to our newsletter to ensure you don't miss a launch!

When will you restock a sold out item?

Please take a look at our Updates page for information about restocks. We are working with our suppliers to ensure the highest quality possible and we cannot guarantee any specific dates for restocks.

How does your apparel fit?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange my item for a different size?

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for any items purchased from our store. We instead recommend a refund followed by a reorder. Please ensure your product is unused and in its original condition, with all accessories and original packaging. For more information, please see our Return Policy.

What if my order is missing an item, or I receive an incorrect size?

Please Contact Us and let us know about any issues with your order. We are committed to customer satisfaction and want to ensure you are happy with your purchase!

What if my product is defective?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please Contact Us and provide a clear description of the defect and photos to support your claim.

If the item is found to be damaged or defective for reasons not due to our error, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost to you. We will cover the cost of shipping and handling fees associated with returning the defective item.

Can I suggest an idea for a product?

We appreciate our fans and welcome any suggestions for future releases. Contact us and share your great idea!

What size should I buy?

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! You are able to cancel/edit your order within 2 hours of placing your order. Please visit the link in your order confirmation email.

Should the item(s) not work out, you have 30 days from delivery to return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

I have a question about my order

If you have questions regarding your order, please reply to the order confirmation email or Contact Us and state the order number (MM-#####) in the message.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We are committed to customer satisfaction and offer a 30-day return policy for all products purchased from our store. If you are not completely in love with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. 

Do you offer exchanges?

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for any items purchased from our store. We instead recommend a refund followed by a reorder. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact our customer service team and we will be happy to assist you and resolve any issues you may have with your purchase.

How do I request a refund?

Shipping

What is your shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

How soon will my order ship?

Orders will usually ship out from our fulfilment center between 1-4 business days after ordering depending on the shipping method. Orders placed Friday-Sunday (or on holidays) will not be processed until the following Monday (or next business day, in the case of holidays).

Can I track my order?

Your order confirmation email will contain tracking information for your shipment.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Can you ship to multiple addresses?

We are only able to ship to one address per order. If you require shipping to multiple locations, please place separate orders.

I still haven't recevied my order

In the event that your item does not arrive within the expected delivery time, please review the tracking information to determine where your package is and when is it expected to arrive. We have as much information as you do.

If the item shows in transit, it is likely still on its way to you. You can contact the courier to see if there is additional information and for expected delivery times.

Please allow up to 14 days for late shipments to arrive.
