I've ordered a few things over Christmas holidays. I paid the extra expedited shipping fee; due to unforseen circumstances the gifts did not get delivered on time. No worries. Thats okay with me. I contacted and asked for refund or store credit for the extra fee (shipping fee alone) but the outsourced customer service representative gave me a super hard time. It was tough getting a hold of management. So, the people who are behind the company seem to have poor judgment with refund policy. I've heard from others that this is not one time incident. It's sad such great brand with huge potential are cheating and being cheap with refunds. So be cautious and expect delays and bad refund policy. Long live Mocha and Milk!
